Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. We are currently accepting Visa and MasterCard*. You may choose to have your order shipped by UPS Ground (shipping charges apply) or pick up your order at the bookstore (no charge). Have photo ID ready for pickups. Please allow 1-2 business days (M-F) for orders to be finalized by bookstore staff before trying to pick up your order. Orders not picked up within 10 days of completion will be cancelled.

Telecommunicator Certification Course - Begin by selecting Textbook Lookup to the left of the screen. Scroll down. Choose the Continuing Education term. Then choose CJC, course 3942, section ANY. This should be available for pickup after September 9. Class begins Sept. 23.

There is no need to create an account to order. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to check-out. You will need your 7-digit student ID #, your email address, and a physical shipping address to complete the order. NOTE: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or APO boxes.

On-Campus book buyback will be available Sept 14 & 15. Have your 7-digit student ID number ready.
Hudson - 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm. Boone - 9am-1pm & 2pm-4pm.*

If you are unable to sell your books at either buyback, hang onto them for a future buyback opportunity.
*All people must have a health evaluation before going anywhere on campus. Health screenings in Boone are conducted in the new student services building.
In Hudson, F-building is the location for health screenings. Face coverings are required.

Store Policies

Online Orders
Have your course schedule and 7-digit student ID number available to purchase from our online store.

***Credit card purchases are pre-authorized at check-out, but the posting of the charge will not be completed until the bookstore staff physically pulls your books and prepares them for shipping or pick-up. ***

Online orders for fall 2020 will be processed in the order in which they are received beginning August 5, Monday - Friday. Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Please expect some delay in shipping during this time. Orders with multiple items will not be shipped separately.

Orders can be shipped via UPS Ground only. No deliveries can be made to PO or APO Boxes.

We suggest you approve substitutions upon checkout. We cannot guarantee that every book that you order will be in stock when the order is finalized by our staff.
Examples of Substitutions:
a) if you buy a new book, we can sub a used book if it is available, or
b) the used book you order is no longer available, we can sub a new book to complete your order.
Returns on items purchased with a credit card are considered within 14 consecutive days of the date on the receipt on unopened/unused items. Returns on items purchased with financial aid will be considered within the charge period ends May 29, 2020. Approval for returns or purchases, on financial aid, that are requested after the charge period will be at the discretion of the Financial Aid office and bookstore.

VMware ebooks will not be charged shipping at checkout. These ebooks can NOT be refunded once store staff finalizes.

USED BOOKS purchased for fall 2020 cannot be returned for a refund after August 26, 2020.
