Online Orders
Have your course schedule and 7-digit student ID number available to purchase from our online store.
***Credit card purchases are pre-authorized at check-out, but the posting of the charge will not be completed until the bookstore staff physically pulls your books and prepares them for shipping or pick-up. ***
Online FA orders for Spring 25 will be processed in the order in which they are received (pre-Order 2/5 & 3/5 after 12pm) February 6th & 7th (Thur.-Monday) March 6th.7th & 10th.
Incomplete orders will not be shipped until all items are available.
Orders can be shipped via UPS Ground only. No deliveries can be made to PO or APO Boxes.
*All Athletic Clothing, College Logo Supply Items, and Hats & Caps can be charged on Financial Aid.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
We suggest you approve substitutions upon checkout. We cannot guarantee that every book that you order will be in stock when the order is finalized by our staff.
Examples of Substitutions:
a) if you buy a new book, we can sub a used book if it is available, or
b) the used book you order is no longer available, we can sub a new book to complete your order.
RETURNS:
Returns on items purchased with a credit card are considered within 14 consecutive days of the date on the receipt on unopened/unused items. Returns on items purchased with financial aid will be considered within the charge period. Approval for returns or purchases, on financial aid, that are requested after the charge period will be at the discretion of the Financial Aid office and bookstore.
PICK-UP of ORDERS:
All Online Purchases of Books & Materials NEED to Be Picked-Up Within 14 days of Purchase or the Charge Period End Date. For Special Circumstances, Contact the Bookstore (828-726-2302 Hudson) (828-297-3811 Watauga) to Make Other Arrangements. *Another Person May Pick-up (Online order Only) by Putting Their Name in the Comments Section of your Online order or Contacting the Bookstore in an Emergency. The Person You Designated for Pick-Up will need your Order #, and a Government Issued Photo ID. (Driver's License)
*Your Order Will be Forfeited with No Refund After 14 Days of Purchase or the Charge Period End Date if The Bookstore Does Not Hear from You. 4/6/23
VMWARE:
VMware ebooks will not be charged shipping at checkout. These ebooks can NOT be refunded once store staff finalizes.
USED BOOKS purchased for Spring 1st & 2nd 12 wk cannot be returned for a refund or exchange after March 10th 2025. Quality of used books is not guaranteed.
