Pre-orders for Spring 25 will be accepted beginning Dec. 17th (After 12pm) Visa*, MasterCard*, and Student accounts** such as Pell Grant can be used to pay for these items. The Bookstore Staff will begin processing Student Account orders on Jan. 2nd. The Bookstore will process all other payments, and as many orders as we can Dec. 17th-19th, but will have to freeze processing throughout the Holiday Break (Dec 20th at Noon-Jan. 1st ) as the campus will be closed. Pre-orders can still be placed over break just not processed Until Jan. 2nd when the College Re-Opens.
*Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. After, Please go back into your Online Order to see if ready for pick-up, or if shipping, UPS Tracking# will be emailed at the email you provided from UPS. All of your order has to be filled for Us to ship. (no missing materials)

Orders can be shipped by UPS Ground (shipping charges apply) or picked-up at one of the campus stores (free). Even though pre-orders are accepted early, actual completion of student account charging can only take place during the charge period. Access to student accounts such as Pell, WIOA, VA/VR, and scholarships (Certain ConEd WIOA or Scholarships may start the 1st day of your Class) are limited to Jan 2nd - 17th. (more dates may open up if you just have Feb. or March classes) Returns or exchanges using these types of accounts will be considered during this date range only on unopened/unused items.
**Online orders are processed 8am-3pm (M-Th) During Open Business Hours. Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received.**
*Credit card purchases are pre-authorized at checkout, but the posting of the charge will not be completed until the bookstore staff physically pulls your books and prepares them for shipping or pickup.
**Financial aid: Student accounts will not be charged at checkout. Charge balances will occur when the bookstore staff physically pulls your books and prepares them for shipping or pickup. **We will attempt to notify you via phone and/or student email if financial aid funds are not sufficient to cover your purchase(s), and you will need to contact the Financial Aid office at finaid@cccti.edu
**If you decide to shop in-store, have your class schedule, photo ID and 7-digit student ID number available. Your 7-digit student ID number is required to access student aid accounts including Pell Grant, WIOA, VA, VR, scholarships, etc.
Also, make sure to have a photo ID & Your Order # when picking up an online order.
How to Order Books Online
Have your course schedule and 7-digit student ID number with you before you begin shopping.
Begin by selecting Textbook Lookup, then choose your Academic Term (e.g., 2025SP), choose your department (e.g., ART), choose your Course (e.g., 111), and then choose your Section (e.g., 620). Select items to put into cart. Repeat the process if you need other materials. Proceed to checkout when you have finished shopping. Creating an account is not necessary. We are shipping UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver to PO or APO Boxes. We cannot not ship internationally.
